Activity data
PAS 2080:2023 Carbon management in buildings and infrastructure, second edition, published by The British Standards Institution in March 2023, defines an activity as a: ‘set of actions that consume time and resources and whose performance is necessary to achieve, or contribute to, the realization of one or more outcomes.’
It defines activity data as: ‘data based on a unit quantity of input or output of the studied system or a process within it. NOTE Activity data can be a physical quantity such as mass (kg), a unit of cost (£), or a unit of energy (kWh).’
